How long does delivery take?
Standard UK delivery is 3–5 working days. Express is 1–2 days, and next-day is available on orders placed before 1pm.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Can I return an item?
Yes, we offer 30-day returns on unused items in original packaging. See our Refund Policy for full details.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email when your order is dispatched. You can also see status from your account.
Are your products safe for pets?
We carefully select products with pet-safe materials and test for durability. Always supervise your pet with new toys and accessories.
