Check the dispatch email we sent (subject line: "Your SHAMIH LTD order is on its way"). The tracking link goes straight to the carrier's portal.
Can't find the email?
Email shahara@shamihpetlifestyle.store with your order number and we'll resend tracking details within 1 business day.
Delivery taking longer than expected?
Most UK orders arrive within 3–5 working days. If it's been longer, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier immediately.
