SHAMIH LTD operates this website and sells pet products to customers in the United Kingdom.

By placing an order you offer to purchase the product subject to these terms. An order is accepted when we send a dispatch confirmation email — that's when the contract forms.

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before dispatch. Payment is taken at checkout via secure third-party processors.

We do our best to display products accurately, but slight variations in colour, size or finish may occur. Always check care and safety instructions before use.

You have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, plus our extended 30-day return policy. See our Refund Policy.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights or our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of your order.
