Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding bank holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

• Standard (3–5 working days) — £3.95, free on orders over £40
• Express (1–2 working days) — £6.95
• Next day (order before 1pm) — £8.95

Once dispatched you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can also track from your account if you placed the order while signed in.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. International shipping is coming soon.

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, contact us at shahara@shamihpetlifestyle.store with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier right away.
