Refund & Returns Policy

You may return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

1. Email shahara@shamihpetlifestyle.store with your order number.
2. We'll send return instructions and a returns address within 1 business day.
3. Pack the item securely and ship it back via a tracked service.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of used grooming brushes, opened consumables, or personalised items unless faulty.

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us within 14 days and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund including return postage.

This policy is in addition to your rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
